瑞典商会非生产领域的降本增效分享会 Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement in Non-production Area @ SwedCham

2024年8月2日，由遴科咨询与中国瑞典商会合办的“非生产领域的降本增效”线上分享会顺利开展，多家瑞典商会会员企业的近20名员工参加了此次分享会。

On Aug. 2, 2024, the “Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement in Non-production Areas” online information session jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the Sweden Chamber of Commerce was successfully delivered, about 20 employees from various companies participated in this event.

本次分享会包含企业非生产领域降本增效常见难题、非生产领域降本增效思路、非生产领域降本增效项目案例分享以及非生产领域降本增效工具方法推荐等四部分内容，帮助学员了解了在非生产领域开展降本增效活动的思路，掌握了相应的工具和方法，了解了知名企业的成功案例。

This information session included the common difficulties in non-production area cost reduction and efficiency improvement, approaches for non-production area cost reduction and efficiency improvement, relevant project case sharing and tools & methods recommendation. It helped the participants master the approaches, methods and tools to reduce cost and improve efficiency in non-production areas, learn from the successful cases of well-known companies.
