2024年8月8日，遴科咨询为某科技企业量身定制的“核心业务板块半年会工作坊”在成都顺利交付，来自各部门的近30位员工参加了此次工作坊。

On August 8, 2024, the“Semi-annual Workshop for Core Business Sector”customized for a technology company was successfully delivered in Chengdu, nearly 30 employees from various departments participated in the workshop.

本次工作坊高度聚焦客户需求和组织中的痛点，包括破冰与共识、聚焦问题、衡量现状和潜在项目提案筛选四部分，在讲授每个技巧后都安排了互动或共创练习，学员们通过这些实操练习在培训现场就解决了实际工作场景中的问题并在最后生成了可落地执行的潜在项目提案。本次工作坊受到了学员们的一致欢迎和高度评价。

The workshop focused on customer needs and pain points, including four parts: ice-breaking and reaching consensus, focusing on problems, measuring the status quo and screening potential project proposals. The workshop was highly recognized by the participants.
