2024年8月19日，遴科咨询在上海美国商会举办了企业内训师培养主题分享会，多家跨国企业HR和培训负责人参加了本次活动。
On Aug 19th 2024, Linke Consulting hosted an information session on Internal Trainer Development at AmCham Shanghai. HR and L&D leaders from different multinational companies participated in the event.
活动分享了企业内训课程开发交付的一般流程、内训课程主题选择方法、内训师培养对象选拔标准、以及技术人才转型培训师的特别注意事项。另外，与会者们分享了各自企业内训师培养经验，并就企业开展内训的痛点展开了讨论，分享嘉宾就大家关注的问题提供了实操建议。
This event shared process and methodology on internal training development, training topic initiation, trainer candidate selection, and how to support internal trainer with technical background. Participants from different companies shared their experience and discussed the pain points of internal training. The speaker responded with practical advice.
本次活动分享了企业内训师培养的专业方法，为企业内训师培养提供了有价值的思路和方向。感谢所有参与者和本次的分享嘉宾Nadya老师，也感谢上海美商会的支持，期待未来为大家提供更多更有价值的活动。
This session provided professional roadmap and methodology on corporate internal trainer development，and inspiring ideas were actively shared.
