2024年8月20日，太仓欧商投资企业协会主办的HR 研讨会在摩丹智能制造（太仓）有限公司顺利开展，来自30多家外资企业的40位人事、财务、行政等部门负责人参加了此次研讨会，遴科咨询首席讲师Nadya Liu受邀参加并作了“降本增效活动在非生产领域的开展”主题分享。
On August 20th, 2024, the HR Workshop hosted by the Taicang Round Table (TRT) was successfully held in Motan Intelligent Manufacturing (Taicang) Co., Ltd., 40 managers of HR, finance and administration from more than 30 different multinational companies participated in the event. Nadya Liu, the master trainer of Linke Consulting, was invited and gave a speech on Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement in Non-production Areas.

Nadya Liu shared approaches for non-production area cost reduction and efficiency improvement, relevant project case sharing and tools & methods recommendation. Participants from different companies shared their experience and discussed the pain points for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in HR department. The speaker responded with practical advice.
