2024年8月21日，遴科咨询受邀参加了由太仓工程师协会举办的赋能工程师，转型内训师HR研讨会，来自21家知名企业的25位HR和培训负责人参加了本次研讨会。
On Aug 21th, 2024, Linke Consulting was honored to attend an HR workshop organized by the Taicang Engineers Association. The workshop, focusing on "Transforming Engineers into Internal Trainers", 25 HR and L&D leaders from 21 different multinational companies participated in the event.
两家企业的培训负责人分享了技术人员转型培训师的的成功经验，提供了很多有价值的思路和方向。遴科咨询首席讲师Nadya Liu分享了面向技术人员的企业内训师培养思路，帮助大家了解了技术人员转型内训师的专业方法，破除了企业内训师培养的常见误区。另外，与会者们分享了各自企业的技术人员转型内训师的经验，并就企业开展技术人员转型内训师项目的痛点展开了讨论，分享嘉宾就大家关注的问题提供了实操建议。
Two L&D leaders from different companies shared the experience of technical personnel transform into internal trainers, provided lots of inspiring ideas. Nadya Liu, the master trainer of Linke Consulting shared approaches for the enablement of technical internal trainers and remove doubts about corporate trainer enablement. Participants from different companies shared their experience and discussed the pain points of technical internal trainers’ enablement. The speaker responded with practical advice.
