【活动回顾】降本增效下非财人员必修财务课公益沙龙 Finance for Non-financial Personnel in the Cost-sensitive Environment

2024年9月3日，由遴科咨询与德国中心合办的降本增效环境下的非财人员必修财务课分享会顺利开展，来自13家企业的近20位员工参加了此次活动。

On Sep. 3rd, 2024, the Finance for Non-financial Personnel in the Cost-sensitive Environment information session jointly organized by Linke Consulting and German Centre successfully delivered in Taicang. Nearly 20 employees from 13 companies participated in the event.

活动分享了成本管理现状及构成、量本利分析模型、基于企业价值链的战略成本管理方法和全生命周期成本管理。另外，与会者们分享了各自企业的成本管理经验，并就企业开展成本管理的痛点展开了讨论，分享嘉宾就大家关注的问题提供了建议。

This event shared cost management’s current state and composition, volume-cost-benefit analysis model, strategic cost management, and life cycle cost management. Participants from different companies shared their experience and discussed the pain points of cost management. The speaker responded with practical advice.

本次活动分享了企业成本管理的专业方法，为非财务人员进行成本管理提供了有价值的思路和方向。感谢所有参与者和本次的分享嘉宾Sami老师，也感谢太仓德国中心的支持，期待未来为大家提供更多更有价值的活动。
