2024年12月6日，遴科咨询为浩盾量身定制的“ESG理念强化和技能提升”培训在上海顺利交付。管理层代表和40多位来自各个部门的员工参加了本次培训。
On Dec 6, 2024, the ESG Concept Enhancement & Skillset Improvement training customized for Halton was successfully delivered in Shanghai. Management representatives and 40+ employees from various departments participated.
本次培训在讲师吕博士带领下按照ESG的由来、发展、实践、趋势、和反思五部分展开。通过本次培训，学员理解了ESG的核心理论和发展趋势，学习了ESG落地实施的真实案例，并通过一个贴合企业真实运营场景的沙盘推掌握了如何制定ESG变革计划并将其融入企业战略和日常运营。
The training was delivered by the trainer Dr. Lv following the origin, development, practice, trends, and reflection of ESG. Through this training, participants built solid understanding of the background of ESG and its development trends, learned many practical cases for implementing ESG, and mastered how to carry out change plan for ESG and integrate it into cooperate strategy and daily operation through a real-case simulation.
