2025年3月18日，由遴科咨询与中国瑞典商会联合举办的AI+ 精益六西格玛黄带培训在上海顺利交付。
On Mar. 18, 2025, the AI+ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the SwedCham China was successfully delivered in Shanghai.
本次培训借助了AI工具的加持，将数据分析巧妙穿插在分析阶段的内容中，让课程变得完整、实用、又能轻松掌握。升级后的培训内容包括精益六西格玛基础知识介绍、六西格玛DMAIC方法论的基本逻辑、黄带认证要求的各阶段的工具、通过AI工具完成的数据分析以及一个贯穿整个培训的解决实际问题的小组练习，通过理论与实际相结合的方式帮助学员熟练掌握了六西格玛DMAIC方法论。且所有完成培训课程的学员都获得了由ASQ认证黑带大师授予的精益六西格玛黄带证书。
This training empowered data analysis with AI tools, making it effortless to use, while keeping its original strength: comprehensive and practical. The upgraded AI+ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training covers introduction to the basics of Lean Six Sigma, the fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and the tools in each phase that is required at yellow belt level, AI empowered data analysis and a real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training. All participants who have completed the training course have received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification issued by ASQ certified Master Black Belt.
