中国瑞典商会双赢谈判技巧培训 Win-Win Negotiation Skills Training @SwedCham China

2025年3月20日,由遴科咨询与中国瑞典商会联合举办的双赢谈判技巧培训在北京顺利交付。

On Mar. 20, 2025, the Win-Win Negotiation Skills training jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the SwedCham China was successfully delivered in Beijing.

 

培训中讲师介绍了谈判要点、竞争性谈判技巧、合作性谈判技巧和应用与实践表,聚焦于强操作性的实用技巧,旨在针对组织中的痛点解决实际问题,并且在讲授每个技巧后都安排了情景模拟练习,帮助学员掌握了谈判要点,现场就实现了谈判技巧的提升。

The training systematically addressed core negotiation strategies (competitive/collaborative approaches), integrating scenario-based role-plays after each technique to directly tackle organizational challenges through hands-on skill drills, ensuring immediate performance enhancement.
