2025年3月21日，遴科咨询为中国美国商会天津举办的职业女性委员会午餐会活动提供了主题为“主动式问题解决思维赋能职场突破”的分享，多家跨国企业的HR、营销、销售和政府事务负责人参加了此次活动。
On March 21, 2025, Linke Consulting provided an information session on Proactive Problem-Solving Empowers Workplace Breakthroughs for the Women Professionals Committee Luncheon hosted by AmCham China Tianjin. The event attracted HR, marketing, sales, and government affairs leaders from different multinational companies.
分享嘉宾从“思维方式转变”和“方法工具落地”两个层面展开，并以真实的职场案例贯穿其中，帮助参与者初步建立起了主动式思维，并掌握了常用的问题解决方法工具。另外，与会者们也分享了各自的经验并展开了深入讨论，分享嘉宾就大家关注的问题提供了实操建议。
The event focused on “mindset change” and “method & tool practice”, using real workplace case studies throughout the session, empowered participants to develop proactive mindset and master common problem-solving methods & tools. Additionally, participants shared their experiences and had in-depth discussions. The speaker responded with practical advice.
