制造业非生产领域的降本增效分享会 Continuous Improvement Course for Front-line Managers

2025年9月25日，由遴科咨询和上海美国商会苏州中心联合举办的“制造业非生产领域的降本增效”分享会在苏州顺利交付。

On September 25, 2025, the sharing session "Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement in Non-production Areas of Manufacturing Industry", co-hosted by Linke Consulting and AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center, was successfully delivered in Suzhou.

在竞争激烈的市场环境下，降本增效是企业重点方向，制造行业非生产领域因切入点难寻、成果难量化等问题，降本增效常无从下手，本次分享会由此展开 —— 开场点明直接领域降本增效已成熟，非生产领域虽有潜力却存难题，进而引出主题；后续依次剖析非生产领域降本增效常见难题、分享具体思路、讲解项目案例、推荐工具方法，并设置问答交流环节；旨在帮助企业相关人员掌握该领域降本增效思路与方法，扩展企业降本增效范围，助力企业收获可观收益。

Against the increasingly competitive market, cost reduction and efficiency improvement are key for enterprises. In manufacturing, the non-production sector often struggles with such efforts due to difficulties in finding entry points and quantifying results. This sharing session addressed this: it first noted that cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the direct (production) sector are well-established, while the non-production sector has potential but unresolved issues, thus introducing the theme. It then covered analyzing common challenges, sharing approaches, explaining cases, recommending tools/methods, and a Q&A. The goal was to help enterprise staff master relevant ideas and methods, expand the scope of such efforts, and enable enterprises to gain substantial benefits.
