2025年10月23日，由遴科咨询与中国瑞典商会联合举办的制造业一线管理课——现场改善能力提升培训在苏州顺利交付。
On October 23, 2025, the manufacturing frontline management training—"On-site Improvement Capability Enhancement"—co-hosted by Linke Consulting and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, was successfully delivered in Suzhou.
本课程通过系统化的改善方法与实用工具，帮助制造业一线管理者精准识别并解决现场效率瓶颈，重点解析问题界定、浪费消除及作业改善三大核心模块，并融入工作分解与ECRS等结构化改善技术。课程内容结合制造业真实场景案例与互动练习，不仅强化了学员对精益理念的理解，更提升了日常问题分析与现场改进的实战能力，助力企业实现从“被动救火”到“主动改善”的管理跨越。
This course equipped manufacturing frontline managers with systematic improvement methodologies and practical tools to accurately identify and resolve on-site efficiency bottlenecks. It focused on three core modules: problem definition, waste elimination, and process improvement, incorporating structured techniques such as work breakdown and ECRS. Through real-world manufacturing scenarios and interactive exercises, the training strengthened participants' understanding of lean principles and enhanced their practical abilities in daily problem analysis and on-site improvement, empowering organizations to achieve a management transition from "reactive firefighting" to "proactive improvement."
