2025年10月24日，由遴科咨询与中国瑞典商会联合举办的制造业一线管理课——从技术高手到管理精英培训在苏州顺利交付。
On October 24, 2025, the manufacturing frontline management training—"From Technical Expert to Management Elite"—co-hosted by Linke Consulting and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, was successfully delivered in Suzhou.
本课程通过系统化的改善方法与实用工具，帮助制造业一线管理者精准识别并解决现场效率瓶颈，重点解析问题界定、浪费消除及作业改善三大核心模块，并融入工作分解与ECRS等结构化改善技术。课程内容结合制造业真实场景案例与互动练习，不仅强化了学员对精益理念的理解，更提升了日常问题分析与现场改进的实战能力，助力企业实现从“被动救火”到“主动改善”的管理跨越。
This course is designed for managers promoted from technical roles, addressing the core challenge of "strong technical expertise but weak management skills." It systematically develops key competencies in self-management, team leadership, talent development, and cross-departmental collaboration. Based on the "Productivity × Production Relations" dual-drive model, the training combines methodology analysis, practical tools, and scenario-based exercises to help participants break through management inertia and master leverage methods for enhancing team effectiveness. By systematizing fragmented management practices, the course ultimately enables a role transition from "individual contributor" to "team enabler."
