2025年12月12日，由遴科咨询与中国瑞典商会联合举办的工程师的商务沟通进阶实战课会在上海顺利交付。

On December 12, 2025, the Advanced Practical Course on Business Communication for Engineers, co-hosted by Linke Consulting and SwedCham China, was successfully delivered in Shanghai.

本课程聚焦工程师群体的核心沟通挑战，通过系统方法解析与实战情景模拟，帮助学员掌握高效沟通基础、突破四大典型沟通困境的关键技能。课程特别设计了从技术表达、向上汇报、说服沟通到跨文化协作的递进式训练模块，融入金字塔原理、VIBE汇报法等实用工具，不仅有效提升技术人员在复杂职场中的沟通掌控力，更助力其实现从“技术专家”到“价值传递者”的角色突破，最终推动职业竞争力的可持续提升。

This course focuses on engineers’ core communication challenges. Through systematic method analysis and practical scenario simulations, it equips participants with effective communication fundamentals and key skills to overcome four typical dilemmas. Featuring progressive modules—technical expression, upward reporting, persuasive communication and cross-cultural collaboration—it integrates tools like the Pyramid Principle and VIBE Reporting Method. It enhances technical professionals’ communication control in complex workplaces, facilitates their role shift from "technical experts" to "value communicators," and ultimately drives sustainable improvement of professional competitiveness.
