2025年12月18日，由遴科咨询与上海美国商会合办的“AI时代职场高效学习方法”分享会在杭州顺利开展。
On December 18, 2025, the "Effective Study Methods in the Age of AI" sharing session jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the Shanghai AmCham was successfully held in Hangzhou.
本次活动旨在分享职场高效学习的底层逻辑、事半功倍的AI学习方法和如何将AI学习方法内化为自己的学习能力三部分内容，帮助学员建立属于自己的"AI 增强型"学习模式，助力学员构建AI时代的职场核心竞争力，无论AI工具如何迭代，都能够从容应对。
This session is designed to share three key components: the underlying logic of effective workplace learning, AI-powered methods for achieving more with less effort, and how to internalize AI learning techniques to build personal learning capabilities. It aims to help participants establish their own "AI-enhanced" learning model and develop core workplace competencies for the AI era, enabling them to adapt with confidence no matter how AI tools evolve.
