为全面贯彻“作风建设年”的活动要求，增强员工沟通协作意识，全面提升团队工作效能，2021年5月，河南中烟集团开展了“高效沟通协作、提升工作效能”主题培训，由遴科咨询交付。
In order to fully implement the requirements from the “Year of Work Style Construction”, to enhance employees’ awareness of communication and collaboration, and to comprehensively improve team work effectiveness, China Tobacco (Henan) organized a training program of “Effective Communication and Collaboration, Improving Work Effectiveness” in May 2021. The training was delivered by Linke Consulting.
来自河南中烟集团制丝部、卷包部、动力部、工艺质量部等8个部门的40多位员工参加了此次培训。
More than 40 employees from 8 departments including the Silk Manufacturing Department, the Rolling and Packaging Department, the Power Department, and the Process Quality Department , participated in this training.
