The session began with an in-depth discussion on the common workplace dilemma where professionals struggle with key business choices due to relying on vague intuition or lacking data support. Nadya Liu, Master Trainer at Linke Consulting, then guided participants through a systematic framework to build a scientific data analysis mindset, breaking down the golden four-step approach: clarifying the real problem, building a statistical assumption, drawing a statistical conclusion, and finding practical solutions. During the core hands-on session, Ms. Nadya demonstrated how to leverage AI data analysis tools to break free from inefficient manual processes, helping attendees effortlessly establish a data-driven decision-making mindset. In the final case sharing and Q&A session, participants interacted enthusiastically, acquiring practical skills to drive business breakthroughs with data in a fast-changing commercial environment.
