The session began with an in-depth discussion on the common corporate dilemma where organizations struggle to initiate cost reduction and efficiency improvement in non-manufacturing areas due to difficulties in finding a start point, quantifying results, or a lack of tools and methods. Nadya Liu, Master Trainer at Linke Consulting, then guided participants through a systematic framework to break down barriers, analysis common challenges and strategic approaches in non-manufacturing areas.
