发挥性格优势，助力职场沟通Leveraging Personality Strengths to Empower Workplace Communication

2026年6月25日，由遴科咨询与上海英国商会、上海美国商会及芬兰商会联合主办的"发挥性格优势，助力职场沟通"分享会在上海英国商会办公室顺利举行。

On June 25, 2026, the "Leveraging Personality Strengths to Empower Workplace Communication" MBTI Workplace Communication Workshop, co-hosted by Linke Consulting, British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai, AmCham Shanghai, and FinnCham China, was successfully held at the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai office.

活动开场，与会者借助MBTI测试展开集体破冰，通过梳理注意力方向、认知方式、判断方式与生活方式四大核心维度，深入了解自身与他人的性格特质。随后，遴科咨询总培训师Nadya带领大家经过两轮分组实操演练，进一步深化自我性格认知，强化沟通实操能力。在专业引导下，与会者学习运用金字塔原理与MECE分析原则，以清晰的总分结构锁定沟通核心主旨，掌握面对不同性格沟通对象时灵活调整表达方式的实用技巧。整场活动在热烈的交流氛围中圆满落幕。

The session opened with a collective icebreaker using the MBTI assessment, guiding participants to explore the four core dimensions — Energy, Information, Decisions, and Lifestyle — to better understand their own and others' personality traits. Nadya Liu, Master Trainer at Linke Consulting, then led two rounds of group exercises, deepening participants' self-awareness and strengthening their practical communication skills. Through professional guidance, attendees learned to apply the Pyramid Principle and MECE framework, structuring their communication around a clear main point with a top-down approach, and mastering strategies for adapting to different personality types in the workplace. The workshop concluded in a warm and engaging atmosphere.
