和君商学院倡导者工作坊 Hejun Business School Lean Six Sigma Champion Workshop

2021年9月，遴科咨询为和君商学院学员提供的“精益六西格玛倡导者工作坊”在长沙顺利进行，吸引了40多位来自长沙市工信局首席运营训练营的学员们积极参与。

In September 2021, the “Lean Six Sigma Champion Workshop” provided for the participants from Hejun Business School successfully took place in Changsha, attracting more than 40 participants from the Chief Operation Officer Training Camp organized by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.

培训前，我们通过调查问卷对学员实际情况和需求进行了了解，然后进行了针对性的课纲优化。本次工作坊主要包括三个部分：1）卓越运营基础知识介绍和DMAIC方法论的基本逻辑介绍；2）关于倡导者的角色、六西格玛专家培养路径、精益六西格玛项目选题标准的开放讨论；3）针对参与者所在部门具体情况的持续改善项目选题。

Before the training, we learned about the actual situation and needs of the participants through questionnaires, and then adjusted the training design accordingly. This workshop mainly included 3 sections: 1) Introduction to the basics of Operational Excellence and the fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology; 2) Discussion on the role of champion, GB/BB development roadmap, and Lean Six Sigma project selection criteria; 3) Topic selection for potential Lean Six Sigma projects for participant’s department.

本次工作坊不仅使参与者理解了六西格玛DMAIC方法论基本逻辑，建立了持续改进人才培养思路及路径，并生成潜在精益六西格玛项目及其他持续改进项目主题。在课程结束后，完成作业的学员还获得了由遴科咨询颁发的精益六西格玛倡导者证书。

This workshop not only helped participants understand the fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and generate mindset and roadmap of continuous improvement talent development, but also initiated potential continuous improvement projects. In addition, the participants who completed the training and homework also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Champion Certification.
