2021年10月，由遴科咨询与太仓市工程师协会合办的“救火模式到DMAIC”高效问题解决工作坊正式开班。该课程由ASQ认证黑带大师Nadya老师主讲，15位来自太仓各企业的工程师参加了此次工作坊。
“From Firefighting to DMAIC” Effective Problem-solving Workshop was held in October 2021 by Taicang Engineer Association(TCEA) and Linke Consulting.
The course was lectured by the ASQ Certified Master Black Belt Nadya Liu, and 15 engineers from various companies in Taicang participated in the workshop.
在本次工作坊中，Nadya老师比较了系统问题解决方法和传统救火模式的区别，介绍了精益六西格玛DMAIC方法论，对精益六西格玛实践项目案例进行了系统分析讲解，并现场带领学员们进行了持续改善项目选题研讨。
In this workshop, Nadya compared the difference between the systematic problem solving method and the traditional firefighting model, introduced Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and encouraged the participants to interact in terms of case study and continuous improvement project initiation discussion.
通过这次工作坊，学员们初步学习了解了精益六西格玛DMAIC方法论，并为未来继续深入学习并运用该工具解决实际问题打下了良好的基础。
Through this workshop, the trainees learned and understood the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, and laid a good foundation for further in-depth study and the use of this tool to solve practical problems in the future.
