Objective
The objective of the training is to enable participants to use the method of value stream analysis and design in workshops in order to visualize the various processes in the current state, show potentials and work out a process vision considering the principles of a lean operation.
课程目标
培训的目的是使参加者能够在价值流规划的研讨会中使用价值流分析和设计的方法可视化价值流的现状,潜在的可改善点,以及考虑到精益运营的原则设计出价值流的愿景。
Course Outline
The training course provides the following knowledge:
• How can current processes be made transparent and be visualized in their complexity of material and information flows?
• How can potentials be detected in order to reduce lead times and inventory?
• Which measures have to be taken to implement these potentials?
• In the seminar "Value Stream", the method value stream analysis and design is presented.
• With the help of a simulation, the participants experience how the current value stream can be visualized for an appropriate product family, how waste in the process can be identified, how the target process can be designed in a lean way and which measures have to be planned to reach the target process.
