铃木加普腾精益六西格玛黄带培训 SG Wire Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training

2022年6月，遴科咨询为铃木加普腾量身定制的精益六西格玛黄带培训在苏州顺利进行，十余名企业质量管理人员参加了此次培训。

In June 2022, the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training customized for SG Wire successfully took place in Suzhou, over 10 quality managers participated in the training.

根据铃木加普腾的实际需求，本次培训包括精益六西格玛基础知识介绍、六西格玛DMAIC方法论的基本逻辑、黄带认证要求各阶段的工具使用以及贯穿整个培训的解决实际问题的小组练习，旨在通过理论与实际相结合的方式帮助学员熟练掌握并并运用六西格玛DMAIC方法论。

According to the actual needs of SG Wire, this training included an introduction of Lean Six Sigma, the fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and the tools in each phase that is required at Yellow Belt level, and a real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training. Through the combination of theory and practice, it helped participants to master and use Six Sigma DMAIC proficiently.

本次培训帮助学员转变了思维方式，学员形成了系统的、科学的、逻辑化的问题解决思维方式；提升了专业技能，学员理解并掌握了精益六西格玛方法论及其中的工具；提升了解决实际问题的能力，学员能够应用所学的方法论和工具解决生活和工作中的实际问题。
