项目管理中的高效沟通（线上）Effective Communication in Project Management Training (Online)

2022年7月21日，由遴科咨询与中国瑞典商会合办的《项目管理中的高效沟通》线上培训顺利举行，多家瑞典企业的四十余名员工报名参加。

On July 21, 2022, the online training course “Effective Communication in Project Management” jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China was successfully held. Over 40 employees from several Swedish companies participanted in this training.

此次课程包括四个基于项目的高效沟通技巧：项目中的演讲技巧、项目中的汇报技巧、项目中的反馈技巧和线上沟通技巧。

This course includes four project-based effective communication techniques: project presentation technique, project escalation technique, project feedback technique, and online communication technique.

课程采取理论与实践结合的方式，通过实操练习帮助学员掌握并熟练运用这些技巧。尤其针对线上沟通这一特殊场景，本课程安排了理论培训、案例分析、微信群练习的有机结合。通过此课程的项目技巧与团队演练，尤其是在需要非职权领导力的困难场景中，帮助学员们在不同项目场景中更加清楚、高效地沟通。

The course adopted a combination of theory and practice, through real-case exercises to help participants master and proficiently use these skills. Especially for online communication, valuable and effective was the mix of classroom theory training, case analysis and group practice on WeChat. Through the project skills and team exercises to help participants communicate clearly and effectively in project-based situations, especially difficult situations where leading without authority is needed.
