某互联网头部企业业务流程优化项目 Business Process Optimization Project

2022年8月，遴科咨询为某互联网头部企业量身定制的业务流程优化项目在北京顺利交付。

In August 2022, the XX Business Process Optimization project customized for a leading Internet enterprise was successfully delivered in Beijing.

根据客户的实际需求，本次项目主要包括三个部分：

1）当前流程梳理

2）流程优化方法论培训 

3）流程优化共创式工作坊。

Based on the actual demand of the client, this project mainly included 3 sections:

1) Current process mapping;

2) Training of process optimization methodology and tools;

3) Process optimization workshop.

本次项目帮助客户从优化的视角深入理解了当前流程，理解并掌握了业务流程优化的方法和主要工具，并带领客户完成优化后的流程共创，交付结果得到了客户的高度认可。

This project helped the client understand the current process from optimization perspective and understand process optimization methodology and key tools, meanwhile it led them complete the design of optimized process. The deliverables from this project are highly recognized by the client.
