华域麦格纳精益六西格玛绿带培训项目 HME The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training for HME has been successfully delivered during Aug- Sep 2022.

和传统的六西格玛培训相比，本次培训包括DMAIC方法论、精益工具、统计分析软件、项目管理工具、软性技能等多个模块，将精益六西格玛绿带层级的专业知识与持续改善项目推动时必要的软性技能相结合，使员工得到综合素质提升。
Compared with traditional Six Sigma training services, this training program covers multiple modules including DMAIC methodology, Lean tools, statistical analysis software, project management tools, soft skills, etc., combining Lean Six Sigma green belt level knowledge with necessary soft skills needed for actual continuous improvement project leading, which enhances the overall competence of participants.

来自华域麦格纳多个部门的20位员工参与了培训，其中14位学员提交了绿带项目立项书，并将作为项目负责人为企业交付持续改善项目。
