On Aug. 26th 2022, the Workplace Situational Effective Communication training customized for TÜNKERS was successfully delivered in Taicang.

根据德珂斯的实际需求，本次培训主要包括五个常见工作场景中的实用沟通技巧：1）即兴汇报；2）反馈与建议；3）说服干系人；4）应对文化差异；5）线上即时对话。从而帮助学员在不同的工作场景中更加清楚、高效地沟通，尤其是在需要非职权领导力的困难场景中。

According to the actual needs of TÜNKERS, this training mainly includes 5 sections: 1) Impromptu Reporting; 2) Feedback and Suggestion; 3) Convincing Stakeholders; 4) Dealing with Cultural Differences; 5) Online Instant Conversation. It helped participants communicate more clearly and efficiently in different scenarios, especially in difficult scenarios that require leading without authority.

与一些关注沟通如何运行及其背后的心理学原理的理论课程不同，本培训聚焦强操作性的实用技巧，旨在针对组织中的痛点解决实际问题，在讲授每个技巧后都安排了小组练习，学员们通过这些实操练习在培训现场就实现了提升。
