德国中心项目管理中的高效沟通培训 Project-based Effective Communication Training
2022年10月28日,由遴科咨询与德国中心合办的精益六西格玛黄带公开课在太仓顺利交付,来自太仓和上海的多家德资企业企业的7名员工参加了此次课程。
On Sep 9th, 2022, the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training Open Class Training jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the German Centre was successfully delivered in Taicang, 7 employees from multiple German companies participated in the training.
本次培训主要包括五个常见工作场景中的实用沟通技巧:1)汇报演讲;2)即兴汇报;3)反馈与建议;4)说服干系人;5)应对文化差异。从而帮助学员在不同的工作场景中更加清楚、高效地沟通,尤其是在需要非职权领导力的困难场景中。
This training mainly includes 5 sections: 1) Formal Presentation; 2) Impromptu Reporting; 3) Feedback and Suggestion; 4) Convincing Stakeholders; 5) Dealing with Cultural Differences. It helped participants communicate more clearly and efficiently in different project management scenarios, especially in difficult scenarios that require leading without authority.
与一些关注沟通如何运行及其背后的心理学原理的理论课程不同,本培训聚焦强操作性的实用技巧,旨在针对组织中的痛点解决实际问题,在讲授每个技巧后都安排了小组练习,学员们通过这些实操练习在培训现场就实现了提升。
Unlike some theoretical courses focusing on how communication works and the psychological principles behind it, this training focuses on practical skills with strong operability, aiming to tickle the pain points and to solve real problems in the organization, participants could achieve visible improvement via group exercises.
