On Dec. 7th 2022, the Effective Communication in Project Management training customized for Oase was successfully delivered in Taicang.

According to the actual needs of Oase, this training mainly includes 5 sections: 1) Formal Presentation; 2) Feedback and Suggestion; 3) Convincing Stakeholders; 4) Dealing with Cultural Differences; 5) Online communication. It helped participants communicate more clearly and efficiently in different project management scenarios, especially in difficult scenarios that require leading without authority.
