2022年12月5日，遴科咨询为欧亚瑟定制的精益六西格玛黄带公开课在太仓顺利交付。
On Dec. 5th 2022, the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training customized for Oase was successfully delivered in Taicang.
本次培训包括精益六西格玛基础知识介绍、六西格玛DMAIC方法论的基本逻辑、黄带认证要求各阶段的工具使用以及贯穿整个培训的解决实际问题的小组练习，旨在通过理论与实际相结合的方式帮助学员熟练掌握并运用六西格玛DMAIC方法论。
This training included the introduction of Lean Six Sigma, the fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, the tools in each phase that is required at Yellow Belt level, and a real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training. Through the combination of theory and practice, it helped participants to master and to apply Six Sigma DMAIC proficiently.
本次培训帮助学员转变了思维方式，学员形成了系统的、科学的、逻辑化的问题解决思维方式；提升了专业技能，学员理解并掌握了精益六西格玛方法论及其中的工具；提升了解决实际问题的能力，学员能够应用所学的方法论和工具解决生活和工作中的实际问题。
