和君商学院首席人才官金牌训练营 Hejun Business School Gold Medal Camp for Chief Talent Officers

2023年2月，遴科咨询为和君商学院学员提供的“首席人才官金牌训练营” 在长沙顺利进行，来自众多企业的二十多位首席人才官参加了此次训练营。

In February 2023, the "Gold Medal Camp for Chief Talent Officers" provided for the participants from Hejun Business School successfully took place in Changsha, attracting more than 20 Chief Talent Officers from various enterprises.

该训练营提供了一套从课程设计到培训交付全过程的完整方法论，框架清晰，逻辑严谨，为首席人才官的培训工作搭建了完整且清晰的执行框架，涵盖了课程设计和培训交付这两个部分的所有环节。另外，在呈现专业理论讲解的同时，课程中提供了丰富的案例分析、小组练习、实操辅导，不仅让学员明白了“是什么”和“为什么”，还使其迅速掌握了“怎么做”，并能够在实际课程开发和交付中运用自如。

The camp offers a complete methodology covering from course design to training delivery for Chief Talent Officers' training work with systematic framework, clear logic and strong operability. It builds a complete and clear framework for all trainers to follow when conduct their daily work. In addition, while interpreting professional theories, the camp also provides various case studies, which not only enables students to understand “what” and “why”, but also demonstrates them “how to”, and apply it proficiently in actual course development and delivery.

此次训练营既帮助没有培训经验的学员轻松掌握了培训的要领，快速入门，又帮助已有一定培训经验的学员精准识别了自己薄弱环节，查漏补缺。

This camp helped students without training experience to easily grasp the essentials of training and quickly get started, as well as helped those with some training experience to accurately identify their own weak points and make up for any deficiencies.
