AHK大师课精益六西格玛DMAIC 培训 AHK Master Class Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Training

2023年2月-3月，遴科咨询在AHK大师课中成功交付“精益六西格玛DMAIC 培训“，来自多家制造业德企的二十多位工程师和现场管理人员参加了此次培训。

From February to March 2023, Linke Consulting successfully delivered the "Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Training" in the AHK Master Class, over 20 engineers and on-site managers from several manufacturing German enterprises participated in this Training.

本次跨度2个月的系列培训详尽阐述了DMAIC方法论及其中的核心工具，包括但不限于精益工具、数据分析工具、头脑风暴工具、优先级排序工具等。

This two-month training series provided a detailed explanation of the DMAIC methodology and its core tools, including but not limited to lean tools, data analysis tools, brainstorming tools, and prioritization tools.

通过系统的理论学习和相关工具的实操练习，本次培训帮助学员转变了思维方式，学员形成了系统的、科学的、逻辑化的问题解决思维方式；提升了专业技能，学员理解并掌握了精益六西格玛方法论及其中的工具；提升了解决实际问题的能力，学员能够应用所学的方法论和工具解决生活和工作中的实际问题。

Through systematic theoretical learning and practical exercises with relevant tools, participants have gained:

• Mindset change: participants start to form a systematic scientific and logical problem-solving mindset

• Skillset upgrade: participants understand the Lean Six Sigma methodology and its tools
