2023年4月24日下午，遴科咨询为裕克施乐量身定制的精益六西格玛转型赋能工作坊在太仓顺利交付。来自财务、质量、工程、供应链管理等多个部门的20多位员工参与了本次工作坊。
On the afternoon of April 24, 2023, the Lean Six Sigma Transformation Empowerment Workshop customized for Oechsler was successfully delivered in Taicang. Over 20 employees from finance, quality, engineering, supply chain management and other departments participated in this workshop.
本次工作坊包括卓越运营理论导入、新环境下企业如何实现精益六西格玛转型以及企业专家团队如何实现向外赋能三部分内容，其中包含了两个共创环节。
This workshop included the introduction of operational excellence theory, how to achieve Lean Six Sigma transformation in the new environment and how can the team of enterprise experts achieve outward empowerment, the last two parts each contain a co-creation session.
本次工作坊通过分析行业最佳实践案例，为企业内部精益六西格玛推动工作提供了标杆参照，通过分享卓越运营对外咨询服务工作流程，为企业精益六西格玛团队对外服务提供了思路，最后通过和学员一起共创，建立了适合企业的定制化精益六西格玛对外赋能工作开展路径。
By analyzing industry best practice cases, this workshop provided a benchmark reference for the internal Lean Six Sigma promotion work, provided ideas for the external service of the enterprise Lean Six Sigma team by sharing the external consulting service workflow of operational excellence, and finally established a customized Lean Six Sigma external empowerment path suitable for enterprises through co-creation with the participants.
