2024年3月1日，遴科咨询与德国中心联合举办的“双赢谈判技巧提升公益讲座”在德国中心顺利举行。来自15家知名企业的30多位销售、采购和HR负责人参加了本次活动。
On Mar. 1st, 2024, the Win-win Negotiation Skills Improvement information session co-hosted by Linke Consulting and German Centre successfully took place at German Centre. 30+ sales, purchasing and HR leaders from 15 well-known companies participated in this event.
本次活动包含企业谈判面临的痛点和难题、双赢谈判的核心要点、两种谈判中的关键行为、竞争型谈判案例练习、六条谈判中的关键原则5部分内容，帮助与会者了解了双赢谈判的专业信息，掌握了最常用的谈判类型 — 竞争性谈判的技巧，解开了关于谈判方面的疑惑。现场来自不同企业的与会者分享了各自的企业谈判经验，为大家提供了很多新的思路。
This event focused on 5 topics: the pain points about negotiation, the core points of win-win negotiation, two key behaviors in negotiation, competitive negotiation case study, and six key principles in negotiation. Through this event, participants received professional information of win-win negotiation, mastered the most used negotiation skills - competitive negotiation skills, removed doubts about negotiation. Participants from different companies shared their experience in negotiation and provided many new ideas.
