美国商会精益六西格玛黄带培训 Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training @ AmCham

2021年7月，由遴科咨询与美国商会合办的“精益六西格玛黄带培训”集训课程在上海无限极大厦顺利进行。该课程由ASQ认证黑带大师Nadya老师主讲，十余家美国商会会员企业的13名员工参加了此次课程。

In July 2021, the “Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training” jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the American Chamber of Commerce successfully took place at Shanghai Infinitus Tower. The course was lectured by the ASQ Certified Master Black Belt Nadya Liu, 13 employees from more than 10 AmCham mamber companies participated in the training.

本次培训包括精益六西格玛基础知识介绍、六西格玛DMAIC方法论的基本逻辑、黄带认证要求各阶段的工具使用以及贯穿整个培训的解决实际问题的小组练习，旨在通过理论与实际相结合的方式帮助学员熟练掌握并并运用六西格玛DMAIC方法论。

This training included an introduction of Lean Six Sigma, the fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and the tools in each phase that is required at Yellow Belt level, and a real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training. Through the combination of theory and practice, it helped participants to master and use Six Sigma DMAIC proficiently.

本次培训帮助学员转变了思维方式，学员形成了系统的、科学的、逻辑化的问题解决思维方式；提升了专业技能，学员理解并掌握了精益六西格玛方法论及其中的工具；提升了解决实际问题的能力，学员能够应用所学的方法论和工具解决生活和工作中的实际问题。

The achiements this training brought to its participants are as listed:

• Mindset change: participants start to form a systematic scientific and logical problem-solving mindset
• Skillset upgrade: participants understand the Lean Six Sigma methodology and its tools

所有完成培训课程的学员都获得了由ASQ认证黑带大师授予的精益六西格玛黄带证书。

All participants who have completed the training course have received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification issued by ASQ certified Master Black Belt.
