太仓科协高效质量问题解决培训 TAST Effective Quality Problem-solving Method Training

2022年5月29日，遴科咨询为太仓市科学技术协会主办的全国科技工作者日提供了“高效质量问题解决方法”线上培训。二十多位来自欧亚马、欧托凯勃和裕克施乐等跨国企业的质量管理人员参加了此次课程。

On May 29, 2022, Linke Consulting provided " Effective Quality Problem-solving Method Online Training" for the National Science and Technology Workers Day hosted by Taicang Association for Science and Technology. Over 20 quality managers from well-known multinational companies such as Inter OYAMA, AUTO-KABEL, and OECHSLER participated in the course.

在本次课程中对常见的质量问题解决方法进行了对比，介绍了DMAIC方法及其主要工具，对DMAIC项目案例进行了分析讲解，并指导学员进行了小组练习，帮助学员将理论知识运用到实践中。

This course compared the common quality problem solving methods, introduced the DMAIC method and its main tools, analyzed and explained the DMAIC project case, and finally guided the participants to conduct group exercises to help them apply theoretical knowledge into practice.

此次课程不仅帮助学员了解了不同的质量问题解决方法，了解了DMAIC方法论的基本逻辑和其中的重要工具（如SIPOC、鱼骨图、头脑风暴、假设检验等），而且还为他们未来继续深入学习并运用该方法解决实际质量问题打下了良好的基础。

Through this course, the trainees not only learned different quality problem solving methods, understood the basic logic of DMAIC methodology and its important tools (such as SIPOC, fishbone, brainstorming, hypothetical test etc.), but also laid a good foundation for further in-depth study and the use of this method to solve practical quality problems in the future.
