舍弗勒 Coach the Coach培训 Schaeffler Coach the Coach Training

2022年9月，遴科咨询为舍弗勒定制的Coach the Coach培训在太仓顺利交付。

In September 2022, the Coach the Coach Training customized for Schaeffler was successfully delivered in Taicang. 

本次培训针对舍弗勒大中华区卓越运营推动核心人员展开，根据目标人员的实际需求，本次培训包括两个场次：第一个场次是针对通用辅导技巧的标准化培训， 第二个场次是为客户定制的共创式工作坊。通过两个场次的相互支撑实现以下目的：

• 澄清教练/辅导的角色

• 介绍有效的辅导技巧

• 明确如何从技术、管理和个人角度辅导卓越运营项目开展

• 制定针对性的卓越运营项目辅导手册，以指导未来实践

This training is aimed at the core personnel to promote Operation Excellence in Schaeffler Greater China. According to the actual needs of the target participants, the training includes two related sessions: a standardized training on Generic Coaching Techniques and an interactive workshop customized for the client, as to achieve the following objectives:

• Clarify the role as a coach

• Introduce effective coaching techniques

• Specify how to coach Lean Six Sigma project from technical, managemental and personal perspectives

• Develop a customized Lean Six Sigma project coaching handbook to guide future practice

在两个场次结束之后，不仅学员收获了辅导工作有效性和效率的提升，从而为他们在实际工作中提高个人绩效打下了基础，对于企业来说，更是将培训结果直接转化为更多的卓越运营项目和更高的项目质量，从而带来更大的持续改善效益。

After the two sessions, not only did the participants gain the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the coaching tasks, which laid the foundation for them to improve their personal work performance, but also for enterprises, it directly transformed the training results into bigger amount and higher quality of Operation Excellence projects, thus bringing greater continuous improvement benefits.
