中国美商会精益六西格玛黄带活动（天津）Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Event @ AmCham China (Tianjin)

2023年11月3日，由遴科咨询与中国美商会合办的精益六西格玛黄带系列活动在天津顺利交付。

On Nov. 3, 2023, a series of Lean Six Sigma events jointly organized by Linke Consulting and the AmCham China was successfully delivered in Tianjin.

本次系列活动包含主题早餐会，天津波音复合材料公司参观和精益六西格玛全天培训。在参观过程中，学员了解了波音天津公司今年落成的最新厂房设施、工程亮点、生产流程和行政区域，从实操层面深入了解学习精益六西格玛。精益六西格玛黄带培训则包括精益六西格玛基础知识介绍、六西格玛DMAIC方法论的基本逻辑、黄带认证要求各阶段的工具使用以及贯穿整个培训的解决实际问题的小组练习，旨在通过理论与实际相结合的方式帮助学员熟练掌握并运用六西格玛DMAIC方法论。

This event included breakfast briefing, plant tour of Boeing Tianjin composites and Lean Sigma Yellow Belt training. During the tour, participants got an insight into the newest facility of Boeing Tianjin Composites, construction highlights, production processes and administrative areas from the point of view of practices. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training included the introduction of Lean Six Sigma, the fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, the tools in each phase that is required at Yellow Belt level, and a real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training. Through the combination of theory and practice, it helped participants to master and to apply Six Sigma DMAIC proficiently.

本次精益六西格玛系列活动帮助学员转变了思维方式，学员形成了系统的、科学的、逻辑化的问题解决思维方式；提升了专业技能，学员理解并掌握了精益六西格玛方法论及其中的工具；提升了解决实际问题的能力，学员能够应用所学的方法论和工具解决生活和工作中的实际问题。

Through this event, participants have gained:

• Mindset change: participants start to form a systematic scientific and logical problem-solving mindset

• Skillset upgrade: participants understand the Lean Six Sigma methodology and its tools

• Problem-solving: participants are able to apply the methodology and tools to solve real problems in life or at work

所有完成培训课程的学员都获得了由ASQ认证黑带大师授予的精益六西格玛黄带证书。

All participants who have completed the training course have received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification issued by ASQ certified Master Black Belt.
