2023年11月，遴科咨询为某互联网头部企业量身定制的“基于数据的系统化问题解决培训”在重庆顺利交付。本次培训跨度2周，50多位同学现场参加，另有20多位同学线上加入。

In November 2023, the Data-driven Systematic Problem Solving Training customized for a leading Internet enterprise was successfully delivered in Chongqing. This two-week training was attended by over 50 participants on-site, with 20 participants joining online.

本培训兼具系统化和实操性，从思维方式入手，为学员搭建起清晰的问题解决逻辑框架，并在合适的步骤中有机地插入数据分析工具，内容关联紧密，学员将掌握系统性的方法，而非相互割裂的单个工具。且本培训中贯穿了一个贴近真实工作场景的沉浸式问题解决案例，学员把所学工具带入该场景实操练习，不仅能学会“是什么”和“为什么”，还能在培训现场掌握“怎么做”并取得可见的成果。

This training seamlessly combined systematic understanding and practical application. Starting with mindset, it provided participants with a clear logical framework for problem-solving, organically integrating data analysis tools at appropriate steps. The content was closely interconnected, ensuring participants grasped a systematic approach rather than isolated knowledge of individual tools. The training featured an immersive problem-solving case closely mirroring real work scenarios. Participants applied the tools learned to practical exercises in this setting, gaining not only theoretical knowledge but also tangible results.
