From Aug. 11th to 12th, 2023, the Win-win Negotiation Skills training customized for TÜNKERS was successfully delivered in Taicang.
This training included the negotiation points, pre-negotiation preparation, competitive negotiation, cooperative negotiation and creative negotiation, and a real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training. Through the combination of theory and practice, it helped participants to master and to apply win-win negotiation skills proficiently.
Unlike some theoretical courses focusing on how negotiation works and the psychological principles behind it, this training focuses on practical skills with strong operability, aiming to tickle the pain points and to solve real problems in the organization, participants could achieve visible improvement via group exercises.
