德珂斯双赢谈判培训 TÜNKERS Win-win Negotiation Skills training

2023年8月11日至12日,遴科咨询为德珂斯定制的双赢谈判培训在太仓顺利交付。

From Aug. 11th to 12th, 2023, the Win-win Negotiation Skills training customized for TÜNKERS was successfully delivered in Taicang.

 

本次培训主要包括谈判要点、谈判前准备、竞争性谈判、合作型谈判和创意型谈判,以及贯穿整个培训的解决实际谈判问题的情景模拟练习,旨在通过理论与实际相结合的方式帮助学员熟练掌握并运用双赢谈判技巧。

This training included the negotiation points, pre-negotiation preparation, competitive negotiation, cooperative negotiation and creative negotiation, and a real case problem-solving group exercise throughout the training. Through the combination of theory and practice, it helped participants to master and to apply win-win negotiation skills proficiently.

 

与一些关注谈判如何运行及其背后的心理学原理的理论课程不同,本培训聚焦强操作性的实用技巧,旨在针对组织中的痛点解决实际问题,在讲授每个技巧后都安排了情景模拟练习,学员们通过这些实操练习在培训现场就实现了谈判技巧的提升。

Unlike some theoretical courses focusing on how negotiation works and the psychological principles behind it, this training focuses on practical skills with strong operability, aiming to tickle the pain points and to solve real problems in the organization, participants could achieve visible improvement via group exercises.
