2024年2月1日，遴科咨询与德国中心联合举办的“企业内训师高效培养公益讲座”在德国中心顺利举行。来自12家知名企业的15位HR和培训负责人参加了本次活动。
On Feb 1st, 2024, the Corporate Trainer Enablement infromation session co-hosted by Linke Consulting and German Centre successfully took place at German Centre. 15 HR and training leaders from 12 well-known companies participated in this event.
本次活动包含企业内训面临的痛点和难题、内训课程开发交付的一般流程、内训课程主题选择的常见误区、内训师培养对象选拔标准、助力技术人才转型成为优秀培训师5部分内容，帮助与会者了解了企业内训师培养的专业信息，解开了关于内训师培养方面的疑惑。现场来自不同企业的与会者分享了各自的企业内训师培养经验，为大家提供了很多新的思路。
This event focused on 5 main points: the pain points about internal training, the general process of internal training development and delivery, the common misunderstandings in internal training topic selection, internal trainer selection criteria, and approaches to help technical talent transform into excellent trainer. Through this event, participants received professional information of corporate trainer development, removed doubts about it. Participants from different companies shared their experience in corporate trainer enablement and provided many new ideas.
