On Dec 6th, 2023, the 3rd Taicang Continuous Improvement Panel Meeting co-organized by Linke Consulting and German Centre successfully took place at the Taicang New Campus of Schaeffler (China) Co.,Ltd. Management representatives and CI experts from 4 major German companies attended the meeting.

首先，舍弗勒生产系统与技术副总裁Armin Kress先生对大家的来访表示了欢迎，并介绍了舍弗勒公司和太仓新基地的概况。随后，研讨会在轻松友好的氛围中展开，各位代表先后分享了本公司近期的重点持续改善活动。从战略部署到现场活动，从工具方法到系统实施，各企业在持续改善领域做出的多样化尝试和显著成果令与会者深受启发。
Mr.Armin Kress, VP of Schaeffler Production System & Production Technology gave a welcome speech to all the visitors and briefly introduced Schaeffler Group and the Taicang New Campus. The panel meeting was then carried out in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Representatives from attending companies shared their recent key continuous improvement activities. From strategy deployment to shopfloor activities, from methods & tools to system implementation, the various approaches and significant results of each presented activity were quite inspiring.
分享结束后，舍弗勒公司代表带领与会者参观了新基地工厂产线，规范整洁的车间、科学的物料流、成熟的数字化程度给与会者留下了深刻印象。
