精益六西格玛黑带训练营 Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Camp

2021年3月至今，遴科咨询与工程客合作推出了4期精益六西格玛黑带训练营，共有近百名学员参加，以专业且全面的内容和人性化的形式获得了众多学员的一致好评。

Since March 2021, Linke Consulting has formed cooperation with ENGICOOL and launched 4 sessions of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Camp. Nearly a hundred students participated in the training camp, which has been highly rated by its participants for its professional and comprehensive content and humanized form.

内容上，精益六西格玛黑带训练营在六西格玛黑带DMAIC知识体系下，课程内容紧密贴合ASQ及中质协黑带考纲，在完整的DMAIC知识框架下，重点突出统计工具和软性技巧，兼具系统性和实操性。

In terms of content, the camp follows the Six Sigma Black Belt DMAIC knowledge structure, taking into consideration the Body of Knowledge of the ASQ’s and CAQ’s Black Belt exams. On top of the complete DMAIC knowledge framework, it emphasizes on statistical tools and soft skills, which makes the training both systematic and practical.

形式上，此次课程采用线上沉浸式训练营的模式，旨在帮助学员克服惰性，通过全程督促和及时反馈强化学习效果。

In terms of format, this course adopts the online interactive training camp model, which aims to help students overcome inertia and strengthen the learning effect through throughout supervision and timely feedback.

参与该训练营的学员不仅建立了系统的精益六西格玛知识体系、掌握了黑带水平所要求的DMAIC各阶段工具和实际领导六西格玛黑带项目需要具备的软性技能，而且形成了科学严谨的问题解决思维习惯。符合要求的学员还获得了“精益六西格玛黑带”培训证书。

The participants not only established a systematic Lean Six Sigma knowledge structure, mastered the tools in each DMAIC phase required at Black Belt level and the soft skills needed to lead Six Sigma Black Belt projects at work, but also formed scientific and rigorous problem-solving habits of thinking. Those who fulfilled our requirements have obtained their “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” training certificate.
