Introduction

Currently, traditional enterprises have many difficulties, such as the rising cost, the difficult recruitment, the rising requirement of flexibility as well as individuation. The smart manufacturing is an effective solution that many enterprises will choose. But for many enterprises it is difficult to start or to implement smart manufacturing project efficiently because of the shortage of Professionals, lack of top-level planning etc.

 

This course starts with difficulties encountered by the traditional manufacturing industry and problems existing in most smart manufacturing projects. Specifically, it will introduce how to plan smart manufacturing projects, how can the lean tools support smart manufacturing projects. It will also study the way for enterprises to find the suitable smart manufacturing mode based on their current situation and then to improve the operation and management level of their enterprises.

传统企业在当前的环境下遇到了很多诸如成本上升、招人难、柔性化不足无法满足客户个性化需求等困难,而智能制造是很多企业会选择的一个有效的突破口,但是很多企业在进行智能制造项目的时候却往往无从下手或者实施的效果不那么理想。

 

本课程从目前传统制造业遇到的困难、目前大多数智能制造项目存在的问题入手,来介绍如何进行智能制造项目的规划,智能制造如何与精益生产相结合,从本企业的实际出发,来研究适合本企业现状的智能制造模式,以实现整个企业运营管理的提升。
