Objective

• The participants will learn the main points of the Lean elements: Empowered Employees, Eliminate Waste, Error-Free Process and Synchronization with Customers.

• The Lean System and the principles of a Lean enterprise are made transparent.

• The participants will understand the need to focus on the reduction of wasters in all areas of the company as part of their continuous journey to Lean and customer-oriented enterprise.

Course Outline

The training provides the following knowledge:

• What is a Lean enterprise? How can Lean be implemented?

• How to eliminate complicated processes, throughput time and cost?

• The participants will develop an understanding for Lean, including the Lean elements and success factors.

• The training will be a combination of theoretical and hands-on experience.

• After this seminar, the participants will have learned all aspects of a Lean enterprise and will be able to implement the Lean strategy in their own area(s) together with Lean Managers and Trainers
