克恩里伯斯精益六西格玛赋能项目二期 Kern-Liebers Lean Six Sigma Enablement Program Phase 2

2022年10月,在第一期的成功基础上,遴科咨询为克恩-里伯斯中国量身定制的精益六西格玛赋能项目第二期如期开始。
In Oct. 2022, the Lean Six Sigma Enablement Program Phase 2 kicked off as planned, based on the great success of Phase 1.


在第一期项目流程诊断、项目主题筛选、精益六西格玛绿带培训、学员项目辅导、项目评估和资质认证的全链条赋能的基础上,本期项目加入了针对企业内训师的TTT项目和针对一线员工的精益六西格玛黄带培训,按照计划逐步加深赋能深度和广度。
On top of the service delivered in Phase 1, which is full-chain enablement including process diagnosis, project selection, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, project coaching, project evaluation and certification, phase 2 project added Train the Trainer program and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training, aiming at gradually deepening and widening empowerment according to the plan.

 

目前,项目所有环节均已启动。其中,精益六西格玛黄带培训已完成交付,来自克恩-里伯斯中国的26位员工全程参加了培训并做出了高度评价,部分学员反馈如下:

At present, all aspects of the project have been launched. Among them, the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training has been delivered, 26 employees participated in the training and made high evaluations, some of the comments are quoted below:
