克恩里伯斯精益六西格玛赋能项目二期 Kern-Liebers Lean Six Sigma Enablement Program Phase 2
2022年10月,在第一期的成功基础上,遴科咨询为克恩-里伯斯中国量身定制的精益六西格玛赋能项目第二期如期开始。
In Oct. 2022, The Lean Six Sigma Enablement Program Phase 2 kicked off as planned, based on the great success of Phase 1.
在第一期项目流程诊断、项目主题筛选、精益六西格玛绿带培训、学员项目辅导、项目评估和资质认证的全链条赋能的基础上,本期项目加入了针对企业内训师的TTT项目和针对一线员工的精益六西格玛黄带培训,按照计划逐步加深赋能深度和广度。
On top of the service delivered in Phase 1, which is full-chain enablement including process diagnosis, project selection, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, project coaching, project evaluation and certification, phase 2 project added Train the Trainer program and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training, aiming at gradually deepening and widening empowerment according to the plan.
目前,项目所有环节均已启动。其中,精益六西格玛黄带培训已完成交付,来自克恩-里伯斯中国的26为员工全程参加了培训并做出了高度评价,部分学员反馈如下:
