In Oct. 2022, The Lean Six Sigma Enablement Program Phase 2 kicked off as planned, based on the great success of Phase 1.
On top of the service delivered in Phase 1, which is full-chain enablement including process diagnosis, project selection, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, project coaching, project evaluation and certification, phase 2 project added Train the Trainer program and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training, aiming at gradually deepening and widening empowerment according to the plan.
As of today, mmmm. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt has completed, 26 KLCN employees fully participated the training and received LSS YB certificates, feedbacks from them are listed below:
