第二届太仓德企持续改善主题研讨会 The 2nd Taicang CI Panel Meeting
2023年7月3日，由遴科咨询和德国中心共同主办的第二届“太仓德企持续改善主题研讨会”在益技欧电子器件(中国)有限公司顺利举行。来自太仓４家知名德企的管理层代表和持续改善专家出席了本次会议。
On Jul 3rd, 2023, the 2nd Taicang Continuous Improvement Panel Meeting co-hosted by Linke Consulting and German Centre successfully took place at E.G.O. Components (China) Co.,Ltd. Management representatives and CI experts from 4 major German companies attended the meeting.

首先，益技欧作为本次会议的承办方，带领与会者参观了工厂产线并重点介绍了“两秒精益”活动现场，巧妙的改善实施成果给参观者留下了深刻的印象。益技欧中国区总经理霍安先生和持续改善总监苏利民先生为大家介绍了精益角和持续改善可视化墙，使参观者感受到了深入生产一线的持续改善文化。
As the host company, E.G.O. guided all guests through a shop floor tour with focus on "Two-Second Lean" activities, the subtle implementation of which left a deep impression on the visitors. Mr. Andreas Hornfischer, General Manager of E.G.O. China, and Mr. Ramon Su, the CIP Director, introduced the Lean Corner and CI Visualization Wall, allowing visitors experiencing the deep continuous improvement culture on their production line.
随后，各公司的代表先后分享了本公司近期的持续改善代表项目。各项目的显著成果让与会者印象深刻，同时，不同方法和工具的使用也凸显持续改善方式的多样性。
After the shop floor tour, representatives from attending companies shared their recent continuous improvement projects. The significant results of each project were rather eye-catching, at the meantime, the use of different methods and tools also highlighted the diversity of continuous improvement approaches.
各公司分享结束后，与会者就共同关注的持续改善相关问题展开了自由讨论，并分享了对于持续开展本研讨会的美好期待和宝贵建议。
After the sharing session, the participants had a free discussion on various CI topics and shared their expectation and advice on future session of this meeting.
本次研讨会受到了与会企业的高度评价，根据会上初步沟通，下期会议预计将于2023年第四季度举行。
This panel meeting is highly recognized by attending companies and next meeting is expected to be held in 2023 Q4 as preliminarily aligned.
