Course: Advanced Statistical Tools for Production

Introduction

In the production area, statistical knowledge has been applied everywhere, whether it is the control chart and process capability analysis in SPC, the hypothesis test used to identify the impact of factors on product performance, the correlation analysis and regression analysis used to identify the quantitative relationship between input variables and output variables, and ANOVA and DOE that analyze the interaction among multiple influencing factors.

These basic statistical tools can help us form a more scientific and quantifiable understanding of the process, so as to better control the product quality. Based on the course of basic statistical for production, this course will continue to introduce more advanced statistical tools to meet the demand for more complex situations.
