2021年9月，遴科咨询为达索集团DELMIAWorks代理商提供的“数字化赋能卓越运营工作坊”在银川顺利进行，三十多名达索集团的代理商业主参加了此次工作坊。
In September 2021, the “Digitalization-Operation Excellence Workshop” customized for Dassault DELMIAWorks agents successfully took place in Yinchuan. Over 30 Dassault Group agents participated in the workshop.
此次工作坊是根据达索集团的具体需求进行的定制化设计。工作坊主要包括三大板块内容：数字化与卓越运营的关系，卓越运营的基本工具以及作为数字化软件代理商如何成为精益六西格玛数字化倡导者。
This workshop was customized according to the specific demand of Dassault.
The workshop mainly included three major sections: the relationship between digitalization and Operational Excellence, the basic tools for Operational Excellence, and how to become a Lean Six Sigma Digital Champion as degitalization software agent.
此次工作坊帮助学员了解了制造业运营管理的基本思想和方法，并通过引导学员探讨咨询中实际问题帮助学员确立了向企业客户提供相关咨询服务的初步方向。
This workshop helped the participants understand the basic ideas and methods of manufacturing operation management. By guiding participants exploring practical problems, it helped them establish a direction of providing relevant consultancy to their corporate clients.
