On Aug. 4th 2023, the Effective Communication in Project Management training customized for Seitz was successfully delivered in Shanghai.
根据西玆的实际需求，本次培训主要包括五个常见工作场景中的实用沟通技巧：1）汇报演讲；2）反馈与建议； 3）即兴汇报；4）说服干系人；5）应对文化差异；6）线上即时对话。从而帮助学员在不同的工作场景中更加清楚、高效地沟通，尤其是在需要非职权领导力的困难场景中。
According to the actual needs of Seitz, this training mainly includes 5 sections: 1) Formal Presentation; 2) Feedback and Suggestion; 3) Impromptu Reporting; 4) Convincing Stakeholders; 5) Dealing with Cultural Differences; 6) Online communication. It helped participants communicate more clearly and efficiently in different project management scenarios, especially in difficult scenarios that require leading without authority.
与一些关注沟通如何运行及其背后的心理学原理的理论课程不同，本培训聚焦强操作性的实用技巧，旨在针对组织中的痛点解决实际问题，在讲授每个技巧后都安排了小组练习，学员们通过这些实操练习在培训现场就实现了提升。
